Dr Wermuth is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner based in Pretoria, with over four years of broad clinical experience. she obtained her medical degree from the University of Pretoria in 2020 and completed her internship at Dr George Mukhari Academic Hospital - one of the country’s largest and busiest public hospitals, where she developed a strong foundation in diverse areas of medicine.

 

she went on to complete her community service year in the North West province, serving rural clinics in and around Zeerust and Lehurutse. It was during this time that her passion for accessible, community-based primary care truly deepened, particularly in supporting underserved populations.

 

Dr Wermuth now runs her own private GP practice in Pretoria and offers both in-person consultations and convenient telehealth services to reach patients across South Africa. She has a growing interest in women’s health, geriatric care, mental health, and weight management, and takes a particular pride in helping patients manage their health through all stages of life.
